Brilliant… Complexity put simply on the subject of how brain pathways change
This is a very simplified, easy to understand explanation of the theory of neuroplasticity. The basic idea is that our brains continue to change and grow as we do; and that through repeatedly focusing on a new thought or behaviour, we can change the neuro pathways in our brains.
